Resume Booster

When recruiters ask "What have you built?", point them to a live app on the Play Store with your name in the credits.

Peer Learning

We don't have corporate bosses. We are a team of passionate devs figuring it out. We grow by solving hard problems together.

Experience Letter

Complete your project tenure, and you get a verified Project Experience Letter for your future job hunt.

Production Ready

College teaches theory. We teach Reality. Learn proper Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and how to merge code without breaking production.

Exam Friendly

We are working professional too. We know the pressure. Our schedules are flexible—pause work during exams, and grind when you are free.

Full Ownership

You aren't just fixing bugs. You own features. From idea to design to code, you have a say in how the final product looks and feels.

Zero Syllabus

No textbooks. No lectures. You learn by building features that the product roadmap demands. The market dictates what you learn, not a professor.

Real Stakes

Your code doesn't go to a grading bin; it goes to live users. If you break it, you fix it. Learn the responsibility of maintaining live software.

Code Reviews

We don't grade you. We review your Pull Requests. Learn industry standards like clean code, modularity, and optimization from day one.

Student FAQ

Is this a paid internship?
No. Avince Devlopers is a bootstrapped student collective. We offer a platform to learn, collaborate, and get a verified Project Experience Letter for your resume.
Do I need experience?
For "Beginner Friendly" roles, you just need to know the basics and have a laptop. We will help you understand the project workflow.
What is the time commitment?
We are students too. Work whenever you are free. We focus on tasks completed, not hours logged.
Do I need experience?
For "Beginner Friendly" roles, you just need to know the basics and have a laptop. We will help you understand the project workflow.
Will my name be on the App/Game?
Yes. Every contributor gets their name listed in the "Credits" or "About" section of the live project. You can show this link to recruiters as proof of work.
What if I have exams?
Academics come first. You can take a break during exam weeks. Just let the team know in advance so we can manage the timeline.
Can I update my LinkedIn profile?
Absolutely. You can list your role as "Trainee" or "Contributor" at Avince Devlopers immediately. We will also endorse your skills on LinkedIn upon completion.
Do I need a powerful PC?
For Game Dev (Unity/Unreal), you need a decent GPU. For Web & Android, any standard laptop that runs VS Code or Android Studio is perfect.
Is the Certificate valid for College Credits?
In most cases, yes. We provide a formal Letter of Project Completion on our official letterhead. It details your role, the technologies used (e.g., Unity, Kotlin), and the duration of your contribution. You can submit this to your college as proof of industrial training.
What kind of Certification is it?
It is a Performance-Based Certification. Unlike a "Course Completion" certificate (which anyone can buy), our certificate proves you actually wrote code that went into a live product. This "Proof of Work" is highly valued by recruiters.
